Job Description

Senior M365 Specialist (Sr. Associate)– M365 Asset Migration (6 to 8 Years of Exp)
The M365 Migration Senior Associate will execute tenant-to-tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and related security and compliance configurations. This hands-on role delivers secure, compliant, and scalable migration outcomes with minimal business disruption, aligning execution to enterprise governance and regulatory requirements. The position collaborates closely with solution architects, security and compliance teams, application owners, and vendors to plan, pilot, migrate, and validate services and data across complex cloud ecosystems.

What Qualification/Certification Required

Good to have: Microsoft Certification (Azure cloud)

Key Skills

Mandatory Skills:
Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, identity and domain readiness, DNS configuration, PowerShell scripting.

Nice to have skills:
Security and compliance (Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, retention policies), Microsoft Graph API, automation, governance documentation, stakeholder coordination.
