Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions using Marg ERP.
• Create and maintain sales, purchase, and expense vouchers.
• Generate invoices, challans, and e-way bills through the system.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Track inventory and stock reports using Marg software.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and share insights with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting (experience with Marg ERP is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation norms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting practices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of other ERP/accounting software (Tally, Busy, QuickBooks).
• Experience in inventory management and stock audits.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and branches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
