About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Transformation Lead to drive large-scale IT transformation initiatives across our organization. This role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership to modernize IT systems, enhance technology capabilities, and enable business agility.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute the IT transformation roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess existing IT systems, processes, and capabilities to identify areas for modernization, automation, and optimization.
  • Develop business cases, KPIs, and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize ROI and organizational impact.

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Implement change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT strategy consulting or transformation advisory roles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in IT environments.
  • Experience with automation, AI, RPA, or cloud migration programs.
  • Professional certifications: PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum.
