Job Title: Trainee Engineer – Fresher

Department: Production

Location: Pune

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day production activities, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and adherence to company standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Production Supervisor in daily manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and maintain process parameters as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support in assembly, testing, and inspection of products.
  • Maintain proper documentation of production records, material usage, and quality reports.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments for smooth production flow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on the shop floor.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process optimization ideas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: Fresher (0–1 year experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
