Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer to join our engineering team. As a Trainee Engineer, you will work under the supervision of senior engineers and contribute to various technical tasks, projects, and initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day engineering operations and project execution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Very Good communication . Marathi and Hindi and English
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and engineering protocols.
  • Ready to Work On Machine assembly line
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for product/process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
  • Strong academic background and a keen interest in engineering.
  • Good understanding of engineering fundamentals and technical concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards is a plus.
