Dy. Chief Financial Officer

Experience:
10+ years

Qualification:
CA / MBA Finance

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership in the development and ongoing evaluation of short and long term strategic Financial objectives
  • Take the lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive cost system with effective cash management
  • Engage with bankers to secure financial closure and project financing
  • Evaluate and provide strategic advice on the impact of long-term planning, the introduction of new programs & strategies along with regulatory actions
  • Advice Executive management on the financial implications of business activities
  • Ensuring effective internal controls are in place and compliance with accounting standards and applicable as well as federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting to the company
