Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive direct and B2B sales in Mandi, Solan, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Kangra (Dharamshala / Palampur), Shimla, and Rampur Bushahr, Himachal Pradesh, across government, educational, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage B2B leads and government tenders.
  • Build relationships with consultants, contractors & decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Deliver presentations/proposals and close deals.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for project execution.

Qualifications

  • Freshers welcome.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) / B. Tech (ECE/EE) / MCA / BCA / M.Sc. IT / B.Sc. IT.
  • Own conveyance & laptop preferred.
  • Local candidates are given preference.
  • The job is target-based and requires travelling.
