Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation & Maintenance Manager with expertise in 66 kV substation systems. The position is based in Gujarat, India. The manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of 66 kV substations, ensure system reliability, supervise technical teams, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in 66 kV substation operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in power systems management, including system reliability, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards
  • Skilled in team leadership, personnel management, and coordination of maintenance schedules and tasks
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in substation operation and maintenance (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and analysis tools used in power systems management
