Role Summary:

Responsible for design review, execution, testing, and commissioning of EHV/UHV substation projects (AIS/GIS) ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize electrical designs, SLDs, and equipment layouts.
  • Supervise installation, testing & commissioning of substation equipment kV).
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and OEM teams for seamless execution.
  • Conduct protection relay and SCADA system testing.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards, quality, and safety norms.
  • Maintain documentation, test reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Interface with clients and vendors for approvals and progress reviews.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years in 400kv - 765kV substation (AIS/GIS) projects.

Skills: Strong knowledge of protection, control systems, and commissioning practices; proficient in AutoCAD/ETAP; good leadership & coordination
