Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Service and Support Engineer. The Service and Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering field service to ensure optimal performance of our audiological equipment. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, CRM updates and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Follow-ups

-Regularly follow up with clients on pending actions, deliveries, and post-sale feedback.

-Ensure timely responses to customer queries and escalate issues when needed.

  1. Installation Support

-Coordinate and assist with product/service installation at client sites.

-Provide guidance or troubleshooting during and after installation.

  1. Field Visits

-Conduct scheduled client visits for support, issue resolution, and relationship management.

-Document visit outcomes and update the CRM accordingly.

4. Online Support

-Provide remote support to clients through calls, emails, or online meetings.

-Handle technical or product-related issues.

5. CRM Updates & Data Management

-Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions in the CRM (calls, notes, follow-ups, support tickets, etc.).

-Monitor deal stages, update statuses, and ensure data hygiene in the CRM system.

Qualifications
& Experience

  • Education:

B.E. in Electronics, Electrical or Biomedical; Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Biomedical
- Experience:

0–2 years in client servicing, business support, or technical/customer support. Experience in supporting medical, diagnostic, or hospital equipment (preferably audiological or ENT-related devices) will be an added advantage.
- Languages:

Proficiency in English, local language and other languages (Hindi preferred).
