Project Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining project plans, sprint trackers, and RAID logs
  • Help monitor KPIs and quality metrics (e.g., DPMO, defect density, cycle time)
  • Contribute to ISO audit preparation, Project & SOP documentation, and traceability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with defined workflow
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for PMO and Quality Council reviews
  • Participate in governance meetings and capture action items
  • Audit and control the P&L for the projects

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or have just appeared/cleared a degree in business administration
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Jira or similar tools preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Interest in software governance, quality management and process optimization
