About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn how projects move from client requirements to on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination:
  • Collect files, requirements, and briefs from clients.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring their needs are properly documented.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Share requirements with the internal team clearly and promptly.
  • Track progress and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
  • Follow up with team members to avoid delays.
  • Project Tracking & Timely Delivery:
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Scheduling & Meetings:
  • Schedule meetings with clients, third-party vendors, and the internal team.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are on time and aligned.
  • Communication & Responsiveness:
  • Provide prompt responses to client and team queries.
  • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all communication.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar) is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
