Le Territoire FM & Maintenance multi technique National  d'Equans France, réunit les activités opérationnelles de Bouygues Energies & Services FM et Axima Maintenance, sur toute la France.

Dans le cadre d'un contrat de maintenance sur un site Tertiaire, nous recherchons un Responsable de site maintenance CVC  F/H,  en CDI, basé à Villeurbanne  (69)

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'affaires et en binôme avec un technicien sur le site , vous assurez les missions suivantes :

  • Intrelocuteur (trice) privilégié du client, vous prenez en charge les demandes et le planning d'interventions. 
  • Vous participez aux réunions avec le client
  • Vous contrôlez l'état des installations de chauffage, climatisation et traitement d'air (diagnostic des dysfonctionnements et réparations)
  • Vous réalisez les opérations de maintenance de d'entretien périodique
  • Vous assurez le eporting et le compte-rendu des interventions via les outils de GMAO
  • Vous assurerz la sécurité autour de chaque intervention dans le respect des règles de l'entreprise et du client

Votre profil ?

Issu(e) d'une formation technique en génie climatique, vous avez une expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire. Vous maitrisez le maintenance CVC e multitechnique. Vous avez déjà occupé un poste de technicien référent / Responsable de site oeuvrant.

Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et faites preuve d'organisation pour gérer vos interventions selon les priorités du planning. Votre sens du service et votre relationnel client sont des atouts pour nouer une relation de confiance avec vos clients.
