The Dataverse team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and business growth. The team works on special strategic projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact. The projects span across all business verticals, making healthcare more accessible, understandable, and affordable for millions of :

  • Define business questions that need to be answered and participate in/drive business planning.
  • Define internal project scope, success metrics, and drive the project to execution, highlighting the business impact.
  • Sound business judgment to effectively bridge the gap between analytics and business needs.
  • Design and implement machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges, optimize operations, boost revenue growth, and drive strategy through modeling-led innovation.
  • Solve real-world problems by building meaningful stakeholder relationships and developing domain expertise.
  • Lead and execute projects with a strategic approach, ensuring alignment with both short
  • and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and provide data science solutions.
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through well-structured reports and presentations that drive informed decision-making.
  • Provide frequent updates to the leadership team, delivering key business performance insights that facilitate strategic discussions and enhance decision-making at the senior level.

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of working experience in Data Science.
  • Experience in working with models and deployments in Production.
  • Expertise in Python/R, SQL, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with building model training and evaluation pipelines.
  • Working experience with healthcare data, Airflow to set up data pipelines, and/or Fast API/Flask for building APIs will be a plus.
  • Good presentation skills, including clear articulation of the problem statement and impact.
  • Comfort with ambiguity : Translate business questions into analytical problems and build solutions using visualization techniques, machine learning statistical modeling to ensure that a scalable solution is developed.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides/Miro, etc. )
