POSITION SUMMARY
Zoetis, Inc. is the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock.  The Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) Strategy Realization & Governance (ZTD SR&G) organization is responsible for building and maturing core capabilities to run Zoetis Tech & Digital with the discipline of a business, driving a cohesive approach to strategy planning, portfolio execution and value realization while optimizing technology costs, enabled by a workforce planning strategy, and deploying agile ways of working.
A major part of this digital transformation is expanding the Supplier Management Office (SMO) to strengthen supplier governance, optimize the supplier landscape, and enhance engagement and performance management with preferred suppliers. The SMO Analyst - Contract & Relationship Management will report to Supplier Management Lead and will be responsible for managing our core Finance and Contract management processes and will partner closely with our colleagues in the Service Delivery Management, Technology Business Management and Procurement teams.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management

• Manage interpretation of supplier contracts.

• Oversee lifecycle management of supplier contracts in tight collaboration with Procurement.

• Support the intake process for new demand for Preferred Suppliers to help transition work away from Non-Preferred Suppliers

• Assist in contract change management and contract closure

• Log and manage contract changes as per contracting best practices.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements.

• Support contract renewals or terminations.

• Ensure risks associated with supplier contract compliance issues/deficiencies are identified and mitigated.

• Relationship Management

• Maintain and update supplier scorecards and performance metrics regularly, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for review meetings.

• Organize and manage the calendar for supplier engagement meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and tracking action items.

• Maintain the supplier database in ZTD, including updating contact information, SRM assignments, and contract details to ensure accurate records.

• Help document and communicate SRM roles and responsibilities and assist in identifying and onboarding SRMs for Preferred Suppliers.

• Compile periodic reports on supplier performance, engagement activities, and contract compliance to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Percent of Time
Contract Management — covering interpretation, lifecycle oversight, compliance, change management, renewals, and risk mitigation. 40%
Relationship Management — maintaining supplier scorecards, managing engagement meetings, and reporting on supplier performance. 40%
Supplier Data and SRM Support — managing supplier database updates, supporting SRM roles and onboarding, and assisting with supplier transition processes. 20%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Collaborate with Service Delivery Management team and key stakeholders to
o Aggregate and compile feedback relevant to maintaining supplier scorecards
o Scheduling monthly and quarterly engagements with MSPs are part our Supplier Relationship Management practices

• Work with ZTD Technology Business Management team to provide any updates to our supplier data in Apptio

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:

• 5+ years in supplier management and/or procurement, specifically related to IT for multi-national global corporations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, mainly PowerBI, to support the recurring reporting needs for stakeholders leveraging the ZTD MSP Performance Management dashboard

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Regular working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during key meetings with suppliers
