  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth and professional day-to-day communication.
  • Assist senior account managers in creating client proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to fulfill client requirements on time.
  • Monitor account activities, order progress, and client feedback to maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Help prepare account performance reports, sales forecasts, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage and organize account-related documentation, including contracts and follow-ups.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks:
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Data Entry (Sales / Purchase, Debit / Credit Notes)
  • Ledger Reconciliation
  • Documentation handling
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or other account management systems.
  • Respond to client queries and escalate issues where necessary.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role.

· Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.

o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.

o Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

o Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations is required.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
