We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong background in automation testing using Selenium and/or Cucumber. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium and/or Cucumber
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests across Salesforce modules
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and platform limitations
  • Maintain test environments and manage test data for automation suites
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of QA experience with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce testing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Cucumber for automation
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SOQL queries
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and test management platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API testing
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
