Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise on-site engineering operations related to water supply distribution, wastewater treatment, storm water drainage, and flood management projects.
  • Ensure site activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and municipal authorities to oversee project execution within set timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality checks to verify construction work meets engineering standards.
  • Facilitate material procurement and resource planning to optimize construction workflow.
  • Manage documentation including daily progress reports, site diaries, and compliance records.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising on site in coordination with project managers and design engineers.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and handover of water and environmental infrastructure projects.
  • Liaise regularly with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Lead and mentor junior site engineers and site staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in site engineering for water supply, wastewater, storm water drainage, or flood management infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and environmental standards in water infrastructure.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple site teams.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations as assigned.
