Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing to lead and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media content creation and management. The ideal candidate will strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns while building engaging social media content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, blogs) across social media platforms to build audience connections and boost brand visibility.
  • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and influencer collaborations aligned with marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Optimize campaigns and social media accounts for SEO, conversions, and user engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and content performance metrics using analytics tools, applying data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithm changes, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Min 2 years of combined experience in digital marketing and social media content management.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), SEO, and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital landscapes.
