Hiring: US Payroll
Location: Gurgaon, Sec 48
Shift Timings: Open to work in rotational shifts
Work Model: WFO
1-3 years of experience in US Payroll in the Finance Domain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of US Payroll, time-sheet entry, processing retro payments, etc.
- Running reports of employee earnings to answer questions from various governmental agencies.
- Process & answer Payroll queries on the Service Now portal.
- Prepare a log of the tickets received on a daily basis.
- Process certified payroll reports for prevailing wage jobs.
- Process weekly payrolls and handle Client queries.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Produce monthly reports.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Maintain accurate historical records.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
- Ensuring process SLAs & TAT are met.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse
employee population.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
