Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Construction specializing in Electrical systems within the MEP industry. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to drive excellence in Electrical systems for various projects.

Assist in managing C&I construction activities for MEP projects.

Support the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-cost delivery.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth project execution.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of Control & Instrumentation systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.

Conduct site inspections, quality control assessments, and safety audits.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to site teams.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and progress updates for senior management.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project milestones and challenges.

Monitor material procurement and inventory to prevent project delays.

Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for C&I system failures.

Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration of C&I systems.

Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians on project sites.

Support compliance with local and international C&I standards and best practices.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for C&I system installations.

Ensure the integration of C&I systems with automation, control, and monitoring technologies.

Oversee commissioning and performance testing of control panels, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation systems.

Optimize C&I system performance through calibration, testing, and commissioning strategies.
