Job Description:

The Senior Steward is responsible for ensuring smooth dining operations, maintaining service standards, and providing exceptional guest experiences. The role involves table setup, guest interaction, up-selling, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and set up tables with appropriate seasonal accompaniments.
  • Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and serve water and menus.
  • Ensure menus, tableware, and service items are clean and well-presented.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure efficient table turnover during peak hours.
  • Prepare and serve drinks at the bar when required.
  • Conduct inventory checks of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
  • Maintain coordination with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
