About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, and ad optimization to maximize ROI and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop unlimited ad creatives per month.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and manage lookalike audiences for targeted advertising.
- Implement and manage advanced pixel and event configurations for accurate tracking.
- Set up and track conversion events to measure campaign success.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to optimize performance.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and participate in strategic review calls.
Requirements:
- Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion events, pixel tracking, and ad optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver measurable results.
