Position: Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding (Air / Sea)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Freight Forwarding Sales

Salary: Best in the Industry (Negotiable as per current CTC and experience)

  • Strong global presence with diversified logistics offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive sales for Ocean & Air Freight (LCL/FCL, Imports & Exports).
  • Focus on Direct Exporters & Importers.
  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets (GP, TEUs, Tonnage).
  • Solution-based selling, client negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, booking & space management.
  • Reporting, preparing sales plans, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership + teamwork skills.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in Freight Forwarding Sales.
  • USA Trade Lane experience preferred (North America / South America / Latin America).
  • Candidates from other trade lanes (Asia, Middle East, Europe, etc.) may also apply.
  • Should carry a business portfolio / client base.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and result-oriented approach.
