About the Role

We are looking for Junior Product Analysts who are passionate about product-driven thinking and excited to contribute to SaaS-based hospitality solutions. This role is perfect for freshers or early-stage professionals who want to build a career in Product Strategy, Business Analysis & Product Management beyond just data analysis.

You will work closely with Product Managers to analyze product performance, research market needs, prepare PRDs, track adoption, and contribute to improving product experience and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis & Strategy Support

Assist Product Managers in capturing business requirements and structuring PRDs.

Track product adoption, feature usage, and help identify friction points.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research for product positioning.

Work on feature documentation, release notes, and go-to-market insights.

Insight & Research

Use Excel or basic BI tools to interpret product usage and adoption trends.

Convert raw data into meaningful product insights, not just reports.

Support decision-making by identifying opportunities for product improvement.

User & Market Understanding

Study user behavior to contribute to engagement and retention strategies.

Gather customer feedback and assist in prioritizing product enhancements.

Understand SaaS workflows and think from a product lifecycle perspective.

Product Communication & Collaboration

Prepare internal and customer-facing product communication materials (newsletters, feature highlights, basic product videos).

Collaborate with Design, Tech, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product execution.

Update internal tracking tools like ClickUp/Jira for product planning and progress.
