We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment, enjoys crafting user stories, and is passionate about building innovative, scalable solutions. The Product Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success from ideation to delivery.

YOUR ROLE
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape, refine, and deliver features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in building test plans, validating product functionality, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify edge cases and anticipate user behaviors to drive superior product experiences.
  • Help drive innovative solutions through competitive research, data analysis, and user feedback.
  • Create product documentation, including feature guides and release notes for internal and external users.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, facilitating transparent and productive communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in a product or business analysis role, preferably in a SaaS product environment.
  • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and comfort working in fast-paced sprint cycles.
  • Strong capability to write clear and comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
  • Highly analytical and detail-focused, with the ability to connect the dots to broader business goals.
  • Innovative mindset with a track record of proposing or contributing to creative product solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also operate independently.
