Cluster Head

Role & responsibilities

The Cluster Head will lead and oversee multiple transmission line construction projects across the Bhuj region, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. The role involves end-to-end execution leadership, coordination with clients, and proactive resolution of site challenges including ROW, logistics, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Support Project Managers executing multiple EPC transmission line projects
• Drive achievement of project milestones and overall cluster completion targets.
• Monitor progress, quality, and cost adherence across sites; ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and resolve local challenges effectively.
• Oversee local procurement, vendor performance, and labour deployment (including gang leaders).
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards.
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and accountability across the cluster.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Electrical / Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 2025 years of experience in transmission line / substation EPC project execution.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple project sites and large field teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
