Job Category Renewable Energy Asset Management About Business Adani Group Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies It has created a world class logistics and utility infrastructure portfolio that has a pan-India presence Adani Group is headquartered in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India Over the years Adani Group has positioned itself to be the market leader in its logistics and energy businesses focusing on large scale infrastructure development in India with O M practices benchmarked to global standards With four IG rated businesses it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India Adani Green Energy Limited AGEL AGEL is part of the Adani Group s promise to provide a better cleaner and greener future for India Driven by the Group s philosophy of Growth with Goodness the Company develops builds owns operates and maintains utility- scale grid-connected solar wind farm and energy storage Hydro PSP and Battery projects The electricity generated is supplied to central and state government entities and government- backed corporations On the back of long-term Power Purchase Agreements PPAs with central and state government entities AGEL has leveraged its capabilities and expanded its presence across 12 Indian states With the integration of pump storage and battery storage projects with large solar wind portfolio AGEL shall be best placed amongst peers to supply round-the-clock green power to India s grid The Company continuously adopts and deploys the latest technologies in its projects With the target of 50 GW renewable energy capacity by 2030 AGEL is driving India on its renewable energy journey Job Purpose Associate - BoP is responsible for supporting the Site Head in executing BoP operations with a focus on achieving operational targets maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards This role involves detailed performance analysis timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to budgetary and operational plans The Associate - BoP contributes to the overall efficiency and safety of plant operations by handling routine tasks managing inventory and supporting compliance and audit processes Responsibilities Business Processes and Strategic Planning Ensure monthly compliance with management systems Legatrix IMS Business Excellence across all sites Achieve annual operational performance targets DPR WPR MPR QPR APR as per the business plan for FY Achieve revenue and cost budget for FY at respective sites Operational Performance Achieve Performance Ratio PR and Plant Availability PA targets approved for FY v s actual on a monthly basis Achieve Non tripping of feeder USS Performanence Switchgear and switchyard performanence on a periodic basis Analyze daily interruption records to act proactiovely and eliminate errors with help of robust RCA and CAPA process Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted per schedule and PM notifications are closed timely Coordination with Grid authorties Regulatory Ensure MTTR and increase MTBF with agreed exclusions and corrections applied Inventory and Financial Management Ensure timely monthly invoice booking and JMR upload on the online portal Maintain accurate material consumption and booking on a monthly basis Manage inventory effectively ensuring zero deviation in O M audit points and timely HOTO Hand Over Take Over processes Safety and Compliance Achieve zero accidents and Lost Time Injuries LTIs at the site Develop and implement processes and systems to maintain safety consciousness and culture in the business Ensure compliance with safety standards and targets of leading indicators including timely completion of safety audits and training Operational Efficiency Conduct daily weekly and monthly performance analysis to meet operational targets Ensure on-time closure of all audit points as per agreed timelines between O M and Audit teams Develop relevant processes and systems to sustain operational efficiency and safety culture Key Stakeholders - Internal Central Cluster Head Cluster Head Site Head HO Site O M team Supporting department - Project Engineering Safety BD Projects MAAS HSE ESG Techno-commerical HR Admin Finance BEx Land Legal Insurance etc Key Stakeholders - External Clients Investors Other IPP Regulatory Agencies Local Communities Vendors Suppliers Contractors OEMs Grid Authoritirs-NRLDC SLDC Govt officials Local communities Qualifications Education Qualification B E B Tech Diploma - Electrical or relevant to Energy Sector Work Experience 10-12 years of experience If Diploma holder additional 2-3 Y Exp req
