Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Motor Controller Repair Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing motor controllers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with the engineering team for continuous improvement. The role also involves keeping detailed repair logs and staying updated on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing motor controllers and electric vehicle components
  • Experience in troubleshooting and conducting routine maintenance
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuit diagrams
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
