Job Title: Architect

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Company Overview:

Structwel is a reputed Design Consultancy and Project Management firm offering services in Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design engineering for Industrial, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, design drawings, and detailed working drawings for projects across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors during all project stages.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and relevant standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and project coordination meetings.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized university.
Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA).
2–5 years of experience in architectural design and detailing (experience in industrial and infrastructure projects preferred).
