You Are:

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading the planning and architectural design of innovative software solutions across multiple R&D projects and domains.
• Coordinating product design and development activities, including user experience optimization, advanced solver research, and technical reference for cross-functional teams.
• Defining, developing, and institutionalizing best practices through technical reviews, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Performing complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support for multiple software products; collaborating with QA and support teams to resolve critical issues.
• Researching and interpreting marketing and customer requirements to shape product direction, performance criteria, and competitive positioning.
• Driving technical leadership as a project manager, team leader, or software architect, operating autonomously to deliver high-impact results.
• Engaging with strategic customers and partners to assess needs, provide technical guidance, and co-develop solutions.

The Impact You Will Have:

• Accelerating innovation in semiconductor design, enabling smaller, more efficient, and reliable device architectures.
• Delivering sign-off accurate simulation and modeling tools that ensure power noise integrity and reliability for complex ICs.
• Advancing the capabilities of ANSYS and Synopsys software to address challenges in electromigration, thermal effects, and electrostatic discharge.

What Youll Need:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 12 years of experience, or Masters degree with 10 years.
• Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
• Extensive commercial experience directing R&D projects and managing the software lifecycle for enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in C/C and GPU programming, with knowledge of deep/machine learning algorithms.
• Proven track record in developing power integrity solutions and delivering innovative products to market.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable engineering plans and software roadmaps.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration in a global context.
