Role Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Android Developer to join our fast-growing team in Indore.

You will take complete ownership of building, testing, and deploying high-performance mobile applications used by millions of users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain advanced applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

  • Implement app features following MVVM architecture.

  • Ensure quality and performance of applications to specifications.

  • Take ownership of application lifecycle: development, testing, publishing, and maintenance.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills :

  • Strong understanding of core Android components.

  • Proficient in Kotlin.

  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.

  • Solid grasp of MVVM architecture.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with cross-platform development (e., Flutter or React Native) is a plus.

  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of Android app development experience.

  • Degree not mandatory if you demonstrate solid skillsets and hands-on experience.

  • Experience working on B2C mobile apps with a large user base is a significant advantage.

  • Previous experience in consumer tech or hyperlocal platforms is a plus.
