Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer automation needs and suggest suitable PLC and HMI models.
  • Provide cost-effective, scalable solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Explain recommended automation architecture and programming approach.
  • Develop and validate I/O lists, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the electrical design team for seamless system integration.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and control logic.
  • Develop, test, and debug PLC and HMI programs using industry-standard languages.
  • Conduct in-house and onsite testing, making adjustments based on feedback.
  • Provide commissioning support, troubleshooting, and post-installation assistance.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including manuals and wiring diagrams.
  • Train customers and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.
  • Validate electrical panel designs for compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate monthly project handovers, ensuring secure data archiving.
  • Document solutions with detailed application notes for future reference.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • 3 to 7 yrs -Proven experience in PLC Programming and HMI development- preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
