Role & responsibilities

l Team Management.

l Strong Communication Skills Internally - Across Various Levels In The Organization And Externally - In Market.

l Business Development, Productivity & Profitability Across Branches And Region.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in affordable housing loans, home loan sales, or related fields.

l Recruitment Of Quality Team.

l Establishing & Maintaining Working Relationship With Developers & Dsas.

l To Arrange And Track The Data Bank Of Developer Sites On Regular Basis. Target 20% Penetration.

l Provide Regular Training Of Company Policy, Process And Business Model To All The Ro & Sm.

l Guide To Identify Affordable Housing & Commercial Sites For Apf & Project Funding.

l Scale Up Retail Conversion In Apf Sites / With Dsas.

l Daily Reporting To Bm /Rm /Pi / Sh / Vp

l Coordinating With Local, Regional And Central Credit Team As Required.

l To Achieve The Business Targets As Decided From Time To Time With Policy And Process.

l Monitor Teams Performance And Support Them To Achieve Their Business Targets.

l Identify Opportunities And Provide Growth To Deserving Team Members.
