Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers through outbound calls to promote international courier services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to enhance service satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer database to ensure accurate information for follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent educational background.
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
