Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Photography Office Intern. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, manage client inquiries, and provide support to the photography team. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling customer service interactions, managing office-related administrative tasks, and supporting financial record-keeping. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a creative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and staff effectively
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day operations
  • Basic Accounting knowledge to assist with financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to a collaborative work environment
  • Interest in the photography or creative industry is a plus
