Role summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS365 Analyst to manage and support our MS365 environment with a primary focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and administration of core Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint online site collections, document libraries, lists and user permissions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user queries.
- Deploy and support solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of MS365 ecosystem, Architecture and integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in Teams voice support will be added advantage
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, MS700
- Knowledge of Azure Active directory, conditional access and Intune.
- knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
