Role summary:

We are seeking an experienced MS365 Analyst to manage and support our MS365 environment with a primary focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and administration of core Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform. Configure and maintain SharePoint online site collections, document libraries, lists and user permissions. Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user queries. Deploy and support solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Pages. Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and Power Platform. Strong understanding of MS365 ecosystem, Architecture and integration capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge in Teams voice support will be added advantage Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, MS700 Knowledge of Azure Active directory, conditional access and Intune. knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps is preferred. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
