Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst, located in Gurgaon. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the quality of processes, products, or services in line with company standards and client expectations. Daily tasks will include implementing quality control measures, preparing quality reports, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and identifying improvements
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and reporting findings
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in quality analysis roles or a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards or certifications is a plus
