Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Head to oversee the entire production unit. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage the production team efficiently to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all production operations and processes.
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor workflow, production schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the production team to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the production unit.
  • Handle problem-solving and decision-making for operational challenges.

Core Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of garment production, workflow, and quality control.
  • Proven experience managing large production units and teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • On-site availability in Tirupur.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in apparel/garment industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and team management.
