Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in
Bangalore
for a Sales & Student Counselor at Cliniwave Institute. The Sales & Student Counselor will be responsible for student counseling, career counseling, and providing customer service. This role involves daily interactions with students, understanding their educational and career aspirations, and guiding them through their course selection. The Counselor will also manage communications with prospective students, offering information on program details and handling inquiries.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel students on available courses, fees, eligibility, and placement opportunities.
  • Convert leads into admissions and consistently achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (Life Sciences/Pharma preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or counseling (EdTech/Education preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.
