About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Writer to create high-quality, research-based written content for our brands: IDeA Design College, Giraffe Learning, and Thomas Abraham (Creative Thought Leadership). The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing, strong research skills, and the ability to adapt content across multiple formats from blogs and web articles to social media copy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Research

  • Conduct thorough research and develop accurate, engaging content across platforms.
  • Write and edit blogs, articles, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and messaging.
  • Maintain originality and grammatical excellence in every piece.

Optimization & Collaboration

  • Apply SEO principles to increase reach and visibility.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content execution.
  • Proofread, fact-check, and update content when required.

Adaptability & Growth

  • Stay updated with writing trends, digital tools, and audience preferences.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in content writing or related roles.
  • Exceptional reading and writing skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite is mandatory.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • A degree in Literature, Journalism, or Psychology is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools and software is preferred.
  • A creative, curious, and adaptable mindset.
