Role Overview The Wealth Manager

Unit Head (AVP/VP) is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding, mentoring, and managing a team of high-performing Wealth Managers across the assigned location. This position focuses on driving significant growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and Assets Under Advice (AUA) by acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI relationships, delivering strategic investment solutions, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Candidates must have a minimum existing AUM book of 75100 Cr (across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF). Preference will be given to candidates who can onboard an existing performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Wealth Managers to achieve and exceed business targets.

Align team objectives with organizational goals, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Drive targeted acquisition strategies for HNI and UHNI clients.

Support team members in closing high-value deals and onboarding marquee clients.

Achieving of P/L Targets

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

Deliver tailor-made wealth management solutions across asset classes including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and Alternate Investments.

Maintain high client engagement through market insights and proactive recommendations.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory norms, as well as internal processes
