Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager specializing in chairs, located at our Bhiwandi facility. The role involves managing the quality assurance processes to ensure all chairs meet industry standards and company specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, analyzing defects, developing quality control measures, and implementing improvements. The Assistant QA Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and quality improvement processes, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Knowledge in conducting inspections, analyzing defects, and implementing solutions effectively
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and standards in the furniture or related industries
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to manage teams and interact with various departments
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining product standards
  • Experience in working on-site and overseeing production processes
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred)
