Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized 
Cab Fleet Supervisor
 to manage the day-to-day operations of our cab fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, maintaining vehicle schedules, ensuring compliance with traffic and safety regulations, and coordinating maintenance activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid understanding of transportation and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cab drivers, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
  • Monitor fleet performance and ensure vehicles are used efficiently and maintained properly.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards and are compliant with local transportation regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Handle driver issues, including attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Track fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules to optimize fleet usage and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with mechanics and service providers for regular and emergency vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, inspections, incidents, and repairs.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and operational issues to management.
  • Ensure drivers follow company policies, traffic laws, and customer service standards.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new drivers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;( diploma or degree in logistics, transport management, or a related field is a plus.)
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in fleet operations or transportation supervision.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, dispatch systems, and GPS tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and transportation laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and fleet management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license (commercial license is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supervising taxi, ride-share, or commercial transport fleets.
  • Familiarity with driver performance monitoring systems.
  • Background in customer service or logistics operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Work may involve both office and field environments.
  • On-call availability may be required to handle emergencies or night shift operations.
  • Must be comfortable working weekends or extended hours as needed.
