Marskan (Clothing & Nail Art), a Jaipur-based fashion and beauty brand, is hiring a
Growth Product Intern
. This is a full-time, in-office internship designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing, product growth, and e-commerce operations.

The role involves working directly with our Manager,
Mr. Marshal Tavakar
, ensuring structured mentorship, exposure to growth strategies, and practical training in product-led marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce & Store Management:

  • Manage and optimize our Shopify store, covering the entire product journey from listings to checkout.

Performance Marketing:

  • Run and monitor ads across Meta and Google platforms under supervision, optimizing campaigns for ROI.

Automation & Workflows:

  • Build n8n automations to streamline internal workflows and scale growth processes.

Content & SEO:

  • Write SEO-friendly blogs to increase organic traffic and brand awareness.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare growth reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance metrics for data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and growth strategy.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify, Meta/Google Ads, or SEO (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to learn automation workflows (n8n).
  • Excellent written communication for blogs and marketing content.
  • Commitment to a 6-day office schedule (Monday–Saturday).

Internship Details:

  • Mode:
    Work from Office (Jaipur)
  • Schedule:
    Monday–Saturday (Sunday Off)
  • Timings:
    11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Leaves:
    2 sick leaves permitted during internship
  • Stipend:
    ₹10,000/- per month
