Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Goregaon East (Mumbai)

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and returns or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer records and databases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Men's apparel and fashion trends is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
