Technical Delivery Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for a
Technical Delivery Lead
with a solid background in software development who can take ownership of delivery, onboarding, and issue resolution. This role requires someone who can work closely with teams and vendors, ensure smooth adoption of systems, and provide quick support when challenges arise.

You will act as an execution partner to leadership, helping to convert strategies into action, supporting users, and driving delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Delivery & Execution
• Ensure smooth execution of plans and delivery of features/systems.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and work with the team to resolve them.
• Focus on hands-on delivery rather than just process/reporting.
• Technical Understanding
• Use your software development background to understand solutions, review approaches, and guide the team when needed.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, designers, and testers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Step in to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues when escalated.
• Onboarding & Adoption
• Support onboarding of users and teams onto ERP and other systems being built.
• Provide training, walkthroughs, and quick guidance to drive adoption.
• Act as the first point of contact for queries and system-related challenges.
• Team & Vendor Collaboration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, designers, testers).
• Act as a communication bridge between leadership, internal teams, and vendors.
• Ensure vendors deliver according to expectations and timelines.
• Support & Issue Resolution
• Respond quickly to system issues raised by users or team members.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate fixes with developers or vendors.
• Maintain a user-first approach to minimize disruption.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer, technical lead, or delivery lead.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience in delivery, onboarding, and technical support.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams).

Education:
