Why this role

Help us build practical AI copilots that make work faster and safer. You'll design, prototype, and ship agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio that automate repetitive tasks, answer policy/product questions, and streamline internal workflows.

What you'll do

  • Design & build agents in Copilot Studio:
    author topics, prompts, and guardrails; configure generative answers; connect to enterprise data (Dataverse, SharePoint, OneDrive, wikis, websites, CRM) using connectors and search.
  • Create actions & flows:
    wire Copilots to Power Automate flows and custom APIs; pass parameters, handle auth, and return structured results.
  • Model conversation paths:
    intents, entities, disambiguation, clarification, and safe fallbacks; author escalation to human channels (email/Teams/Service Desk).
  • Evaluate & iterate:
    monitor analytics (CSAT, containment rate, time‑to‑resolution, dropout), run A/B tests, and tune prompts/content.
  • Quality & safety:
    apply data‑loss prevention, content filters, grounding/approved content, and PII hygiene.
  • Document & enable:
    create how‑to guides, handover docs, and short Loom/Teams demos for stakeholders.

You'll thrive if you have

  • Curiosity about LLMs and prompt design; ability to write clear system/instruction prompts.
  • Hands‑on with the Power Platform (Power Automate, basic Dataverse) or similar workflow tools.
  • Comfort with REST APIs, JSON, and basic JavaScript/TypeScript for payload shaping.
  • SQL or data querying basics; structured thinking; excellent written communication.

Nice to have

  • Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Studio; grounding/RAG using SharePoint or Azure AI Search.
  • Microsoft 365/Teams integration (Adaptive Cards, message extensions).
  • Telemetry & monitoring (Application Insights, Kusto/KQL).
  • UX for conversation design; accessibility awareness.
