Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos, etc.) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day handling of social media accounts, ensuring brand voice and consistency.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to increase reach and conversions.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies.
  • Build influencer and brand collaboration opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
  • Creative storytelling and content creation skills (graphic design, video editing basics preferred).
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and analytics.
  • Ability to run and optimize paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
